The key to a successful beach day starts with preparation. The night before, gather your essentials: bath towels, sand mats, wagons for transporting food and gear, and tents for shade. I often separate my things into different bags depending on the items used. Remember when you were younger and you played? with toys and stones and made up chants? Well, guess what? You still can! In fact, it's healthy for you! Don't shy away from getting some shovel and pail sets for you or your friends to build sand castles together. or get some games so that you get some movement in.
