That’s why Eshel, an organization dedicated to providing support and community for Orthodox and formerly Orthodox queer Jews, is so vital.
The Impact of Eshel's Yearly Retreat
Eshel’s yearly retreat has been a transformative experience for me. It’s a rare opportunity to gather with others who share similar backgrounds and struggles. The retreat offers a safe and welcoming environment where we can truly be ourselves, without fear of judgment or rejection.
Meeting others at the retreat has been nothing short of life-changing. I've formed deep, meaningful connections with people who understand my journey. Together, we’ve shared our stories, supported each other, and created a network of friendship and solidarity that extends far beyond the retreat itself.
